Welcome to Lookout Eye Care

Lookout Eye Care was formerly Shepard and Quinton Vision Care prior to the retirement of Dr. Shepard. Dr. Wellford worked alongside Dr. Shepard for 6 months prior to her retirement and will continue the long history of exceptional and personable patient care her patients have grown accustomed to. The only real change will be the name.

Dr. Wellford and his wife Dr. Catarino strive to continue the legacy of care established by Shepard and Quinton Vision Care for the past 20+ years in Fort Oglethorpe. The familiar faces of the staff that you have grown to love will also all continue on into 2021 and beyond under Lookout Eye Care. Both Dr. Wellford and Catarino look forward introducing themselves to you and getting to know your family.
